Your 15-20 minute follow up appointment for established patients only. If your bill is more than 30 days overdue please pay the Simple Appt LATE fee (an additional $10 to account for postage and secretarial services. These fees can be waived if you agree to leave a card on file with Dr. Deans.)
A 40 minute appointment for ongoing therapy patients or for existing patients who usually have a simple appointment but need more time.
Missed appointments are $150 unless you cancel with 24 hours notice. Exceptions are made for emergencies.
